Slot Tech

Full Time

The Slot Tech position is responsible for customer service on the casino floor. This includes slot machine maintenance, jackpot pays, making change, serving drinks and meeting customer needs. The Slot Tech position must also give breaks to the other areas of the casino floor including: cashier’s cage, soft count, drop team and the club center. Base wage plus tips. Experience Requirements

Person must be able to lift 25 lbs including the human body frequently throughout an eight hour shift.
Person must be able to be on their feet for periods of eight hours or longer with breaks throughout. Person may be frequently walking during their shift.

Qualifications

A South Dakota Gaming License is required.

Responsibilities

Perform slot machine maintenance and jackpot payouts.
Check building for cleanliness and safety.
Comply with all Gaming Regulations.
Perform breaks for other specified areas throughout shift.
Provide assistance determined necessary by immediate supervisor.

Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Overall understanding of gaming rules and regulations.
Basic knowledge and ability to work in other areas of the casino.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to learn the Bally Slot Management System.

Salary Range

$16.00 per hour
