Casino Floor Supervisor
Full Time
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for all casino operations during their shift. This includes following all gaming rules and regulations and ensuring the safety of customers and team members. The position requires communication to General Manager, Casino manager, and other Floor Managers issues that have occurred during their shift. As a leader in the casino, the Floor Supervisor will be responsible for coaching team members as well as dealing with all casino conflicts.

Experience Requirements
- Person must be able to lift 25 lbs. including the human body occasionally throughout an eight hour shift.
- Person must be able to be on their feet and walking for periods of eight hours or longer with breaks throughout.
Responsibilities
- Investigating over/short for each cage shift change.
- Continuous coaching and training of all team members.
- Check building for cleanliness and safety.
- Comply with all gaming regulations.
- Check slot machines to see that all are functioning properly.
- Perform slot machine maintenance and jackpot payouts.
- Labor management.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Overall understanding of gaming rules and regulations.
- Basic knowledge and ability to work all areas of the casino.
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Micros.
- Ability to learn the Bally slot management system.
