The Slot Tech position is responsible for customer service on the casino floor. This includes slot machine maintenance, jackpot pays, making change, serving drinks and meeting customer needs. The Slot Tech position must also give breaks to the other areas of the casino floor including: cashier’s cage, soft count, drop team and the club center. Base wage plus tips. This includes following all gaming rules and regulations and ensuring the safety of customers and team members. The position requires communication to General Manager, Casino manager, and other Floor Managers issues that have occurred during their shift. As a leader in the casino, the Floor Supervisor will be responsible for coaching team members as well as dealing with all casino conflicts.
