Meet Chef Aaron Richards

Chef Richards has been at the Lodge since the opening in December of 2009. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Richards exudes unmatched passion and enthusiasm for his craft. He has also completed three apprenticeships with three great Chefs, centered in pan pacific, Asian fusion, classical Greek, Italian, and French bistro cuisine styles. The heart of Chef’s inspiration is working with fresh, high quality ingredients with a focus on scratch cooking and bold flavor designs. The Deadwood Grille is known for using local ingredients in its modern Northern Hills cuisine, for a exciting and enjoyable taste experience.
