DEADWOOD - - Dave Sweet, chairman of Regency Hotel Management, was on hand Friday afternoon along with about 100 officials and members of the community to cut the ceremonial ribbon.
There are plenty of places to stay in style, but few offer a view of both the Black Hills and the surrounding high plains.
